Hover over Profile and then click Payment Details.
Select PayPal as your payment method and paste your PayPal address below. Click Save.
]]>It's very important to tag your products so they are easily searchable for customers. The more you tag, the more orders you get.
You can see the list of our tags here, but you can also reference them within your Seller Account under Products → Product Tags → Export Product Tags.
]]>Click three dots next to the order that you want to fulfil and then click View.
When viewing a single order, you will see all the details required to ship the product to the customer.
At the bottom of the screen, click Accept Order.
Once you accept the order, you will see an option to Fulfil the order. Clicking it will open a popup, where you can add the tracking ID for the customer.
]]>Click three dots in the Action column next to the product that you want to update and then click Edit.
Scroll down to Variant Details section and then click Edit Details.
That will open a popup where you can edit the Quantity for every product variant.
When you're done editing the quantity, click Save.

]]>When you log into your account for the first time, you will end up on your Profile page, where you can start creating your storefront.
It's important to add your store description and seller store, that will add a personal touch to your storefront, and it will be a huge step in making a good connection with the customer.
Both images should be 300x300px to make sure that images are rendered properly.
When you're done with editing your profile, click Save Changes.
The next thing you should do is to add your payment details, so you can get paid for all the sales you make over usastrong.IO. Hover over Profile in the top navigation, and click Payment Details.
Add your PayPal email address and click Save.
Now that you have your storefront ready, you can start adding your products.

]]>We pay every 30 days, on the last Friday of the month from the date the order was PLACED on the site (not shipped, but placed) and if placed after the 15th it falls into the next month. Our payment schedule for 2023 is:

Type your email, choose your account type, and click Reset. We will send a password reset email if the email address exists in our system. Make sure to check your SPAM folder as well.

If you are added as a Staff Member to usastrong.IO Storefront, choose Staff as Account type.
Enter your credentials and click Login To My Account.
]]>To do that, click Add Variant button in Variant Details section.
You will see fields to add an Option Name and Option Values. Option name would be something like Size or Color, while the option values would be matching values for that option name, like Small, Medium, Large or Blue, Yellow, Red.
Since you can add multiple values for one option name, separate the values using a comma.
When you save your product with the options that you just added, the combination of option values will be a specific product variant. In the example above, one variant would be Size Small & Color Blue, the next one would be Size Small & Color Yellow, etc.
Once the variants are created, you will be able to edit every variant separately. For each variant, you can set:
You can double expose your products in different states. If your product is manufactured in one state and stored and shipped from another, feel free to add it to both states because you're making a positive impact to multiple local communities with your business.

]]>The benefits of syncing your Shopify are:
From there navigate to the top right corner of your screen and click Add Product.
You can now start adding the details for your product:
On the left, you'll see:
Product name: Add the product name to this field
Product Long Description: Product description that's displayed next to the product image should be written here. Make sure you write a good and thorough description, the better the description, the higher the chance to get a sale!
Subcategory: You can add your products to subcategories on our marketplace using Tags. Here's a guide on how to use tags to get your products in the correct categories.
On the right:
Product images: You can upload images for your product here. Make sure that images are 1000x1000px and that you upload at least 3 images for every product. Images play a huge part in grabbing customer attention, you should upload some awesome images there!
Pick your state: This is where you can add product to the state of origin. Click Select some options and add our product to a "Made in" collection. This is a required field, so make sure you selected a state before you save your product.
Below the first two sections that you see, you need to add some more product specific details:
In Shipping details, you need to add product weight and select a Shipping method. Shipping method should always be Free Shipping. Account for free shipping when creating your pricing scheme.
Add product price Pricing Details section. If you're product is on sale, add the original price in Compare at price field, and add a discounted price in Price field.
In Inventory Details section, you can manage the inventory for your product. Make sure you add SKU and Barcode, if you don't have a Barcode, you can reuse the SKU value and add it to the Barcode field. Set how many products are available, and if you want to keep selling even when inventory hits zero, check the last box in that section.
If your product has multiple options like Color, Size, etc., you can add product variants in Variant Details section. Read all about product variants and how to manage them here.
Under Custom Fields, you need to add the state where the product is manufactured and state from which the product is shipped from. If the product can't be shipped inside the usual 3 day timeframe, select the shipping expectations for that product in Shipping Expectations field.
When you're done adding all product information, click Save Changes.
