This Policy describes USA Strong’s practices with respect to our collection, maintenance, use and disclosure of information about you when you visit our website located at usastrong.io (the “Site”).
By visiting our Site, you are deemed to agree to the terms of this Policy, so please read the Policy carefully before exploring or otherwise using our Site. We may update this Policy at any time. The information we collect about you when you visit the Site includes any information you actively provide, such as when you give us your contact information, as well as information the Site collects from the device you use to connect to the Site.
A. Information You Actively Provide.
For users who create an account on the Site, you will need to provide your first and last name, email address, and phone number. You will also need to choose a password for your account. Users may choose to connect their social media accounts to their Site accounts.
For users who subscribe to our newsletter, you will need to be provide your email address.
For users who make an order through our Site, you will need to provide your first and last name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and payment information. Although we collect payment information, we do not retain that information. Instead, it is transmitted by the Site to Shopify. For users who wish to sell products in USA Strong’s marketplace, you will need to provide your first and last name, email address, website URL, and phone number as part of our verification process. Additionally, in order to pay the $50 verification fee, you will need to provide your payment information. After successfully completing the verification process, in order to sell in USA Strong’s marketplace, you will need to create an account, which requires you to choose a password for your account. You will also need to create a profile that displays your business name, business location (city and state), information about your products, and potentially customer feedback, business policies, and any other information that you choose to provide (e.g., contact information and links to social media accounts).
B. Information We Automatically Collect.
Whether you register or visit the Site, we will automatically collect certain information about your visit. Using Google Analytics, the Site automatically collects some information about your Site usage, including your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, the type of browser used to connect to the Site, the Site pages you visited and for how long you visited each, and the website you visited prior to entering the Site, if any. This data is collected via browser navigational tools, such as cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies that are employed on the Site. B. Through Our Site. As noted, we allow third parties such as Google Analytics to use cookies or other technologies to collect information about Site users in order to provide us with analytics services to help us improve the Site.
