Seller FAQ

To become a seller on usastrong.IO Marketplace, you need to apply here.

The process looks like this:

  • You pay the $75 verification fee and provide the requested data after the payment. This is a one-time application fee for creating a storefront on our platform.
  • Our team will reach out to verify products are USA Made
  • Once confirmed, our team might ask for more information that's required to create your storefront
  • Our team creates the storefront for you and provides access so you can manage your storefront.

To login to your seller account, visit this page:

If you are the account owner, choose Seller as Account type.

If you are added as a Staff Member to usastrong.IO Storefront, choose Staff as Account type.

If you forgot your usastrong.IO seller account password, go to and click Forgot your Password? below the login form.

Type your email, choose your account type, and click Reset. We will send a password reset email if the email address exists in our system. Make sure to check your SPAM folder as well.

Log into your account, hover over Products and then click Products Listing.




To add new products, click on the “Add Product” button in the top right corner of the screen below the navigation bar. You’ll be taken to the page where you can add all the product details.

Log into your account, hover over Orders and then click Orders Listing.


Click three dots in Action column and then click View.

That will open order details, including shipping details that you need to send the product.

Scroll down, and you will see Fulfilment details at the bottom of the page. First, you need to accept the order.

Once you accept the order, that same section, Fulfilment details, will have new options, one of them is to Fulfil the order.

Click Fulfil, and the system is going to ask you for a few details, including the tracking number for your shippment.

Paste the tracking number and confirm that you fulfilled the order.

Yes! There is an integration in place that you can use to connect your Shopify store to usastrong.IO marketplace.

We do not provide the shipping labels. You should use your regular shipping process. Once you ship the product, you have the option to add tracking number to your order.

We offer free shipping site wide, meaning that your account will be set to free shipping when we create it.

Account for free shipping when creating your pricing scheme. If you need help with preparing the account to offer free shipping, reach out to our team @ We will help you create the optimal storefront structure.
